I'm Solène — French, based in Canggu since 2023. I came to pole the way most women do: curious, a little nervous, convinced I wouldn't be strong enough. I was wrong. And if there's one thing I know for certain — the pole is for every woman. Not just the flexible. Not just the strong. Not just the fearless. That's why I teach.
