Solène runs the full 2 hours. Warm-up, pole basics, floor work, a mini choreography to finish — all adapted to your group's energy and level. First-timers, mixed experience, total sceptics: she's seen it all and handles it brilliantly. You just show up.
None. The session is built from scratch for beginners. If someone in the group has danced before, she'll adapt — but nobody needs to come prepared. That's the whole point.
Minimum 4, maximum 12. Below 4 and it feels like a private session — which we also do. Above 12 and the studio can't safely accommodate everyone. The sweet spot is 6–8.
As soon as you know your date. Popular slots — especially weekends and long weekends — go fast. A few days is usually possible, but don't leave it to the last minute if your date matters.
Yes. Send your playlist in advance and we'll make sure the room feels like yours. Themed sessions (Y2K, Moulin Rouge, Studio 54…) are available on request — just mention it when you book.
Shorts and a sports bra or crop top — skin contact is what gives grip on the pole. No long sleeves, no leggings. Bare feet. Everyone in the group gets the same brief when you confirm.
Canggu, Bali — full address sent once you're booked. Most groups grab a Grab or Gojek together. It takes about 10–20 minutes from most of Canggu and Seminyak.
